Blanket Express Pick up Policy
All orders are returned within seven days of us picking them up. If your order is delayed we will notify you of change in delivery. To determine your pick up day go to Pick Up Locations. You may also call our office (425.788.1494) and we would be happy to help.
Store Pickup Policy- 90 day limit for pick up.
Due to limited amounts of space at our retail stores, completed orders can only be there for 90 days from delivery. If you have not picked up your items within 90 days we will return them to our shop and add a $5 restocking fee. If your items are in one of our stores that collects for us we will need to collect payment before it is returned to the store. We make every effort to contact you, your phone number and email will help ensure your blankets are returned without having to be brought back to our shop. We thank you in advance for understanding our stores cannot provide storage.

Store Handling Fees
The “store handling fee” is a $2.00 charge found on some invoices. To allow us to have certain stores as a pickup/drop off locations a small fee is needed as compensation. You can check for payment options and store fees in our Pick Up location information. Blanket Express has partnered with our retail stores to bring our services closer to you and make your stop at their stores a real “one stop shopping” experience. We have been a service in some of our stores for over eighteen years and we are always looking to expand. If you have a store you would like to see us in give us a call and we will try to accommodate.

All clients, other than those at stores that collect for us, must pay before we return the order. Please fill in your payment option on your pick up slip that you send in with your order or call our office and set up your account.

- Payments can be made online with Pay Pal. You MUST provide a clearly written email address so we can send you an invoice with links to make payment.
